60-Night Comfort Guarantee & Returns Policy
We're so confident the Curv Pillow will change how you sleep, we give you 60 nights to find out.
Most pillows are judged in a shop in 30 seconds. That's not enough time. Your body needs at least two weeks to adjust to proper cervical alignment — so we give you sixty nights to sleep on it properly, wake up with it, and decide.
If it's not right for you, we'll make it right.
The 60-Night Comfort Guarantee
How it works:
- Sleep on it for at least 14 nights. Your spine needs time to decompress and adjust. Most customers notice the difference within the first week — but we ask for 14 nights minimum before requesting a return, because that's what gives you a fair chance to experience the full benefit.
- Contact us anytime up to night 60. Email info@curvpillow.com and tell us it's not working for you. No lengthy forms, no interrogation.
- We'll refund you in full. We process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. No need to return the pillow — we trust you.
The Guarantee applies to: The Curv Cervical Ergonomic Pillow, purchased directly from curvpillow.com.
One guarantee per household. The 60-Night Comfort Guarantee is available once per customer. Subsequent orders are covered by our standard 30-day return policy below.
Standard Returns — All Other Products
For The Curv Slip satin pillowcase and any other products, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
To start a return, email info@curvpillow.com with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 1 business day.
Return shipping costs for standard returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll sort it immediately — full replacement or refund, your choice, and we cover all shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards. These rights apply in addition to our own guarantee and are not limited by any time period we set.
Under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we are committed to accurate and truthful representations about our products, pricing, and policies.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5 business days from approval
- Your bank may take a further 2–5 business days to reflect the amount
